摘要
知识创新的驱动力是个体在知识创新过程中所建立的三元(组织元、个体元、学术元)融合动态目标。该目标是个体在由学术兴趣、学术专长等个体要素共同构建的心智模式作用下,对组织需求以及学术要求共同构建的外在客观要求,通过解读、同化、顺应、内化等过程,形成新的个体心理目标,具有动态性和融合性。该目标促使个体聚焦研究问题,产生主动创新行为,实现组织目标,从而揭开了从组织创新战略到个体创新行为间的"黑箱"。
The driving force of knowledge innovation is the dynamic goal of the ternary fusion (organizational element, individual element and academic element) dynamic goal stablished by the individual in the process of knowledge innovation. The goal is the individual's mental model function constructed jointly by academic interests, academic expertise and other individual factors, taking the mode of interpretation, assimilation, adaptation and internalization in the external environment of the construction of common to organizational needs and academic requirements to construct a new, dynamic and confluent individual psychological goal. This goal motivates individuals to focus on research problems, generate proactive innovation behavior, and achieve organizational goals, thereby uncovering the black box between organizational innovation strategy and individual innovation behavior.
