摘要
目的:观察中医辨证护理干预对预防鼻咽癌患者放疗后口腔感染的影响。方法:选取2014年3月至2017年3月在唐山市人民医院治疗的鼻咽癌患者164例,采用数字表法随机分为实验组与对照组各82例。对实验组行中医辨证护理干预,对照组进行常规护理。针对两组患者的不同时期口腔感染率、口腔黏膜反应程度级别、临床疗效进行对比分析,研究两种护理方式对放疗后鼻咽癌患者口腔感染的影响。结果:本次研究发现对比对照组,实验组患者的不同时期口腔感染率均显著降低;而口腔黏膜反应程度低级别的例数明显较高,高级别的例数则显著降低;临床总有效率也明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于放疗后的鼻咽癌患者,相比常规护理,中医辨证护理可以有效预防口腔感染,降低了感染反应程度级别,有效提高了临床治疗效果,可应用于临床进一步提高护理质量,改善患者预后。
Objective： To analyze the effect of TCM syndrome nursing intervention on prevention of oral infection after radio- therapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods： A total of 164patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were trea- ted in Tangshan Municipal People＇s Hospital and Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2014to March 2017were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group. The experimental group of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome intervention, the controlled group for routine care. The effects of two kinds of nursing methods on oral infection of pa- tients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy were studied by comparing the oral infection rate, oral mucosal reaction level and clinical curative effect in different periods of the two groups. Results ： This study found that compared with the controlled group, the experimental group of patients with different periods of oral infection rates were significantly reduced, and oral mucosal response to the low level of the number of cases was significantly higher, high-level cases were significantly reduced. The differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Compared with routine nursing, TCM dialectical care can effectivelyprevent oral infection, reduce the level of infection response, effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, can be applied to clinically improve the quality of care, improve the quality of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy prognosis.
