食物过敏相关消化道疾病管理的关键问题 被引量：6

摘要 儿童食物过敏的发病率有逐年上升的趋势。2016年一项回顾性横断面队列研究显示，美国儿童的食物过敏发病率为6．7％，约40％的患儿经历过严重过敏反应，约30％的患儿存在多种食物过敏…。因严重食物过敏反应和食物过敏相关消化道疾病在儿科急诊就诊的患儿日益增多，这已成为重要的儿科临床问题。此前，我国儿科医生多参照国外的相关指南和共识，但因社会文化和经济的不同，在使用的过程中存在一些问题.
