摘要
通过调查统计分析得出,新疆地方高职院校在校企合作上成效不明显,存在着实训实习条件、教师实践指导能力、企业参与职业教育教学、校企合作运行管理等方面的不足,解决这些问题只有深化校企合作,在课程教学层面要和企业劳动结合起来,建立基于现代学徒制的学生就业保障机制,建立基于企业技术创新和变革的课程教学体系,共建具有生产性和技术研发能力的校内实训基地,建立校企之间专业技术人员有序流动的人员管理体系,做好学生职业生涯教育及创新创业教育。
According to the statistical analysis of the survey, it is concluded that the effectiveness of the local vocational colleges in Xinjiang is not obvious, and that there exist problems sueh as practical training conditinns, teaehers＇ practical guidance ability, enterprises＇ participation in vocational edueation and teaching, and school-enterprise cooperation and operation management. To solve these problems, school-enterprise cooperation is to be deepened. We must combine the work of the enterprise with the teaching of the curriculum, establish a student employment guarantee mechanism based on modern apprentieeship, establish a curriculum teaching system based on technological innovation and transformation of enterprises, and build a productive relationship. With an on-campus training base for technical researeh and development capabilities, an orderly flow of personnel and management systems for professional and teehnieal personnel between schools and enterprises has been established. Students＇ career education and innovation and entrepreneurship education are well established.
