摘要
铁皮石斛多糖(Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides,DOP)是铁皮石斛主要功效成分之一,因其广泛的生物活性,成为当前研究的热点。文章系统地阐述国内近10年来有关DOP的提取、含量测定、分离纯化、结构组成及生物活性的研究进展,分析目前DOP研究中存在的不足,并展望今后DOP的研究方向,以期为DOP的深度研发及合理应用提供理论依据。
As one of the main functional ingredients of Dendrobium officinale,DOP has been the focus of current research,because of its extensive biological activities. This paper reviewed the research progress of the extraction,determination of content,purification,structure composition and biological activities of DOP in the latest decade,and then analysised the problems encountered during the investigations of DOP,the future research direction were summarized.which will benefit for the depth research and reasonable application for DOP.
