摘要
乡村振兴战略是建设新时代中国特色社会主义的必然要求。乡村振兴,关键在人。我国目前农村人力资源投资现状不容乐观,只在量上占优势,缺乏质的厚度。乡村振兴战略背景下加大我国农村人力资源投资的力度,主要从基础教育、技能培训、心理健康等方面进行投资开发,从而培育新型职业农民,打造符合新时代要求的乡村发展面貌。
The Rural Revitalization Strategy is essential to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The key to the rural revitalization lies in the people. However,the current situation of China＇s rural human resources investment is not optimistic,for the quantity far outweighs its quality. Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,we should increase rural human resources investment mainly in basic education,skills training,and mental health development so as to train more professional farmers of new kinds and create a brand new look in rural areas.
