矿渣-粉煤灰基地聚合物抗冻性能的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以粉煤灰、矿渣等固体废渣为主要原料制备地聚合物,同时以硅酸盐水泥作为对比样,通过快速冻融试验探索了矿渣含量对矿渣-粉煤灰基地聚合物抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:矿渣含量增加能够降低地聚合物的强度损失和质量损失,有效提高其抗冻性能;体系中加入矿渣,地聚合物孔隙率降低,平均孔径和最可几孔径减小,无害孔含量提高,有害孔和多害孔含量降低,抗冻性能优于硅酸盐水泥。 Fly ash and slag were used as the main raw materials for the preparation of geopolymer pastes, and Portland cement paste was selected as the reference sample. The effect of slag content on the freeze-thaw resistance properties of geopolymers were explored through rapid freezing and thawing experiments. The results show that an increase of slag content reduces the strength loss and mass loss of geopolymers and improves the freezeresistance effectively. The porosity, average pore size and size of the most probable pores decrease as the slag content increasing, meaning that the harmful pore volume reduced. The freeze-resistance of geopolymers is better than the Portland cement paste.
