摘要
深入分析了无刷直流电机直接转矩控制技术的特殊性,指出3个关键点:一是导通相电压矢量是改变电磁转矩的关键物理量;二是全关断电压矢量可以作为所有导通相电压矢量的公共反矢量;三是可以省去磁链环,采用转矩单环控制。依据上述3点建立了无刷直流电机直接转矩控制的最优导通相电压矢量选择表。分析了根据霍尔位置信号进行转子磁场扇区划分的方法,提出了根据相电流形状函数和霍尔位置信号关系进行转矩观测的方法,解决了使用简单价廉的霍尔位置传感器的无刷直流电机直接转矩控制系统的实现问题。实验结果表明基于霍尔位置信号的无刷直流电机直接转矩控制系统静、动态性能优良。
The particularity of direct torque control ( DTC ) in brushless D C motor( BLDCM ) was ana-lyzed. Three key points were pointed out ’ the first is that the voltage vectors of conduction phases are key physical quantities to change the electromagnetic tor(que, the second is that ai phases are turned of can be used as the public anti vector of all conduction phase voltage vectors ’ and the third is that the flux linkage loop can be omitted,and torque control loop is used singly. Optimal con-duction phase voltage vectors selection table of BLDCM was establislied. The metliod of sector division a-bout rotor magnetic field based on hall position signals was analyzed. A method of torque measurement based on the relationship between the phase current shape function and hall position signals was pro-posed. The DTC system of BLDC which only uses simple and inexpensive hall position sensors was imple-mented. Experimental results show that the DTC system of BLDCM based on hall position signal has ex-cellent static and dynamic performance.K
