摘要
随着加工工件复杂程度的不断提高,传统夹具已经难以完成装夹工件及快速上下料的任务要求,而且对液压夹具油路数量的需求也在不断提高,以往通常采用回转工作台中心出油的方式给液压夹具供油,但受工作台内部空间的限制油路数量有限,因此设计研制了新型旋转接头,可以根据需要提供更多的油路选择,让加工中心满足更多的夹具要求,提升产品竞争力。
With the constantly increasing complexity of processing parts,the traditional fixture has been difficult to fulfill the task of clamping parts and rapid feeding and unloading,but also the demand for the number of hydraulic fixture oil paths is also increasing.In the past,the hydraulic fixture is usually supplied by means of the rotary table center,but the oil path number is limited by the limited rotary table interior space.Therefore,a new type of rotary joint is designed so as to provide more oil path selections as needed,so that the machining center can meet more fixture requirements and promote the competitiveness.
