摘要 提出的矿用主通风机远程监测及故障诊断系统,是几十年的生产研发制造经验和科研院所的理论研究基础,对主通风机运行情况的实时监测及出现故障时实时分析诊断,并提出相应的解决方案。根据目前国内外的技术发展情况,提出了我国煤矿在该系统的主要研究内容和发展的重要意义,为煤矿主通风机的远程监测诊断技术进一步发展打下了基础。 It is proposed the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for mine ventilator. It is collected the experience of manufacture and R & D for the past decades and based on the theory of the scientific research institution. Once a failure occurs by the real time monitoring for the operation situation of main fan, it can perform analysis diagnosis and give the corresponding solutions. According to the correlation technological development at home and abroad,this article puts forward the main research contents and the significance of accelerating the system development for coal mine in our country. These findings lay a foundation for the further development of the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technology to mine ventilator.
