摘要
目的采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别的方法鉴定酸枣仁及主要伪品理枣仁、枳椇子,为酸枣仁药材的鉴定提供依据。方法采用体视显微镜和石蜡切片法观察种子的外观形态、解剖结构和显微结构并拍照。结果酸枣、理枣仁、枳椇子在表面颜色、纵线纹有无、种皮质地等特征上有显著差异,可作为三者的性状鉴别特征;种皮栅状细胞大小、光辉带、晶体有无及晶体的种类可作为显微鉴别特征。结论可通过上述鉴别特征区分酸枣仁及其伪品理枣仁和枳椇子,为酸枣仁药材鉴别提供科学依据。
Objective To identify the scientific basis of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Semen Zizyphus mauritiana and Semen Hovenia dulcis. Methods Observing the appearance, anatomy and microstructure and taking pictures of these seeds by stereoscopic and paraffin sections. Results There are significant differences in color, longitudinal line and cortex texture of these three seeds. These traits can be used as diagnostic characteristic of the three seeds. There are significant differences in the size of palisade cells of seed coat, the presence of light line and the type of crystal which can be used as microscopic identification features. Conclution The above identify characteristics can distinguish Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Semen Zizyphus mauritiana and Semen Hovenia dulcis very well and provide scientific evidence for the identification of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.
