摘要 颌面软组织分析与正畸治疗的美学效果和治疗稳定性关系密切。面部软组织的协调美观是正畸治疗成功的重要评价标准。目前最常用的颌面软组织评价方法是椎体束CT和头颅侧位投影。三维立体摄影作为新兴的颌面软组织分析方法,因其方便快捷、辐射量小和不受人体活动干扰等优势被广泛应用。本文对三维摄影测量系统(3DMD系统)的发展、成像原理、应用和精确性进行综述。
