微动敏感床垫与可穿戴设备在儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停睡眠初筛中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨微动敏感床垫与可穿戴设备在儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)睡眠初筛中的应用价值。方法:选取本院于2017年1-10月收治的54例儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均分别接受多导睡眠监测、微动敏感床垫、可穿戴设备三种方式检测睡眠,并以多导睡眠监测结果为标准,评价微动敏感床垫与可穿戴设备两种检测方式的临床相关指标、病情分级及一次监测成功率。结果:54例患儿采用不同方式检测后LSa O_2、MSa O_2与ODI指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用可穿戴设备、微动敏感床垫的一次检测成功率均为96.30%,均明显高于多导睡眠监测的83.33%,差异均有统计学意义(X^2=8.200、8.200,P=0.017、0.017)。患儿采用不同方式检测后病情分级情况比较,差异无统计学意义(X^2=0.650,P=0.996)。结论:微动敏感床垫与可穿戴设备在儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停睡眠初筛中的应用效果显著,可准确检测儿童OSA的临床相关指标,判断其严重程度,均具有较高的一次检测成功率,值得临床推广。 Objective:To explore the application value of the micro-sensitive mattress and wearable device in primary screening of sleep in children with OSA.Method:A total of 54 children with OSA treated in our hospital from January to October 2017 were selected as the study objected.All the children were received polysomnography, micro-sensitive mattress and wearable device.Based on the results of polysomnography,the clinical related indexes,disease grade and first monitoring success rate of micromotion sensitive mattresses and wearable devices were evaluated.Result:There were no significant differences in clinical related indexes of LSa O2,MSa O2 and ODI of 54 children with different methods(P〈0.05).The first monitoring success rate of micromotion sensitive mattresses and wearable devices were 96.30%,which were significantly higher than 83.33 % of polysomnography monitoring system, the differences were statistically significant( X^2=8.200,8.200;P=0.017,0.017).There were no significant differences in the grading of the disease after different testing methods in children( X^2=0.650,P=0.996). Conclusion:The micro-sensitive mattress and wearable device are effective in the primary screening of the children with OSA,they can accurately monitor the clinical indexes and judge the severity of OSA,all of which have a high first monitoring success rate and are worth popularizing.
