摘要
目的分析肿瘤科患者的护理风险因素分析及管理对策。方法选择2015年2月—2017年1月在我院肿瘤科护理治疗的患者120例作为本次研究对象。随机选取其中60例患者作为常规组,其余60例患者作为实验组。常规组采用常规管理方式,实验组针对我院肿瘤科护理风险的原因提出针对性的护理风险管理措施。统计并对比两组在护理差错、护理缺陷、护理投诉等方面的发生率。结果实验组患者护理差错、护理缺陷、护理投诉等方面的发生率均低于常规组,多项数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科患者的护理风险管理可以有效的提高护理服务质量,预防护理缺陷的发生,改善医患、护患关系。
Objective To analyze the nursing risk factors and management countermeasures of patients in oncology department. Methods 120 cases of nursing care in oncology department of our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. 60 patients were randomly selected as the routine group and the remaining 60 patients was as the experimental group. Routine management is used in routine management. The experimental group put forward targeted nursing risk management measures in view of the causes of nursing risk in oncology department of our hospital. The incidence rates of nursing errors, nursing defects and nursing complaints were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing errors, nursing defects and nursing complaints in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing risk management of the oncology patients can effectively improve the quality of nursing service, prevent the occurrence of nursing defects, improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
