摘要
目的:观察探讨全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学应用于血常规检验中的效果。方法:随机选取2017年4月~2017年9月本院接受的血常规检查标本中的200例作为研究对象,对照组采用全自动血细胞分析仪进行检验,观察组在对照组的检验基础上联合应用血涂片细胞形态学检查。结果:对照组的阴性和阳性检出率明显劣于观察组,P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义。结论:在血常规检验当中,在全自动血细胞分析仪检验的基础上联合应用血涂片细胞形态学检查,能够将两者的优点充分发挥,检验成功率显著提高,参考价值极高。
Objective：To investigate the effect of automatic hematology analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphology on blood routine examination.Methods：A total of 200 blood test samples from April 2017 to September 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects.The control group was tested with a fully automated hematology analyzer.The observation group was combined with the control group.Blood smear cell morphology was applied.Results：The negative and positive detection rates in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group（P〈0.05）.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：In the routine blood tests,the combined use of blood smear cell morphological examination on the basis of automatic hematology analyzer test can give full play to the advantages of the two.The success rate of the test is significantly improved,and the reference value is extremely high.Widely promoted in clinical applications.
