摘要
目的 :探讨有效预防和治疗老年人高血压性脑出血术后并发症的方法。方法 :对 30例术后出现并发症的老年人高血压性脑出血临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :肺部感染 2 6例 ;上消化道出血 19例 ;心功能损害 2 4例 ;再出血 3例 ;泌尿系统感染 12例 ;肝肾功能损害 7例 ;颅内感染 5例 ;机体内环境失调 2 2例 ;其他 4例。结论 :老年人高血压性脑出血术后并发症多 ,病死率高 ,术后应积极预防和有效治疗并发症 ,以提高生存率及生存质量 。
Objective:To explore an active method in prevention and treatment of postoperative complications in senile hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of senile hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with postoperative complications was made.Results:Pulmonary infection was found in 26 cases,hemorrhage of upper digestive tract in 19,cardiac functional lesion in 24,secondary hemorrhage in 3,urinary infection in 12,liver function and kidney function injury 7,intracranial infection 5,disturbance in internal environment in 22,others 4.Conclusions:The postoperative complication appears often in patients with senile hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.The death rate is high.Active prevention and treatment of the complications after operation is necessary to increase the survival rate and to lower down death rate.
