摘要
为描述SFT中系统或元件在不同工作环境状态下经历变化的特征,提出因素作用路径和作用历史的概念。作用路径是描述系统或元件在不同工作状态变化过程中所经历状态的集合,作用历史描述经历作用路径过程中的可积累状态量,同时给出了使用作用路径和作用历史分析问题的步骤。以一个简单电气系统作为实例,计算在设定条件下的元件维护成本。所给作用路径分别为AB和ACB两种,在两种作用历史中,计算使元件故障概率保持20%的维护成本。该维护成本是通过调整使用时间t和使用温度c产生的。最后给出了作用历史计算方法的不足、面临的问题和可能的解决方法。
In order to describe the change characteristics of system or components of SFT in the different work environment condition,this paper put forward the effect path and effect history of factors.The effect path was a state set in the process of collection that described experiences of system or components in the different working conditions changing.The effect history described the accumulated state parameter in the process of effect path.It also gave the analysis question steps with the effect path and effect history.The example was the calculation maintenance costs of components under the given condition.Calculation effect path were two kinds of AB and ACB respectively.The maintenance cost that the component failure probability was equal to 20% in effect history.It produced the maintenance cost by adjusting the using time t and using temperature c .Finally it gave the deficiency of the problems and possible solutions of the calculation method in of examples as the background history.
