摘要
目的:研究洋金花叶石油醚萃取部位小极性物质的化学成分及含量。方法:洋金花干燥叶用95%乙醇冷浸,得到的浸膏经水分散后分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行萃取。得到的石油醚萃取部分通过正相硅胶柱层析,用二氯甲烷作为流动相进行等度洗脱,得到二氯甲烷的洗脱流分即为小极性成分。通过GC-MS技术对此小极性成分进行分析,并运用气相色谱峰面积百分比法确定其相对百分含量。结果:从洋金花叶石油醚部位共鉴定出了23个成分。结论:本方法适用于洋金花叶石油醚部位小极性成分分析,将为洋金花叶的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether extract from the leaves of Datura metel L. Methods: The 95% ethanol extract from the leaves of Datura metel L. underwent silica gel chromatography and was eluted by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n - buthanol in turn. The composition of petroleum ether part was separated from the CH2Cl2, and identified by GC / MS, then the relative content of composition was calculated by area normalization method. Results: 23 components were identified, and all of themwere firstly discovered from the petroleum ether part from the leaves of Datura metel L. Conclusion: This research fits into the analysis of low polar components from leaves of Datura metel L. , which provids scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the leaves of Datura metel L.
