摘要
对微量喷射条件下的柴油喷雾进行了CFD建模仿真,重点对柴油微量喷射的破碎模型进行参数优化研究,并获得了破碎模型参数优化的规律:相比于传统喷射的CFD仿真,微喷喷雾CFD仿真的一次破碎和二次破碎模型对应的尺寸和时间参数均应适当减小,并且根据贯穿距曲线的拐点位置可对一次和二次破碎模型的时间与尺寸参数进行调整,从而能够准确地对不同喷油量下柴油微喷喷雾的发展过程进行数值仿真。
The spray of micro injection was simulated by CFD. Meanwhile, parameter optimization of a spray breakup model for diesel micro injection spray was mainly studied, and the parameter optimization law of the spray breakup model was obtained. Compared with the CFD simulation of traditional spray, the size and time parameters of first and second breakup models for micro spray CFD simulation should be decreased, and the adjustments of time and size parameters for first and second breakup models are based on the inflection point of penetration curve, which could be used for accurate numerical simulation of diesel micro injection spray in the conditions of different injection quantity.
