摘要
本文研究了波节管换热器用于液体食品杀菌的可行性,分别对不同内管的套管式换热器用于海鲜酱杀菌过程中压降及传热性能进行实验研究和分析,并应用粒子群优化算法对波节管进行了结构优化。研究结果表明:在相同规格下,波节管换热器的单位压降是光管的1.5~2倍,传热性能比光管提高了25%~120%,在满足传热性能的条件下,优化后的波节管传热面积增加了61.85%。
The feasibility of the corrugated tube heat exchanger used in liquid food sterilization was studied.The pressure drop and diathermancy of the double-pipe heat exchangers with different inner tubes for hoisin sauce sterilization were experimentally researched and analyzed.And the structure of the corrugated tube was optimized by Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm.The results show that with the same volume,the unit pressure drop of the corrugated tube heat exchanger was 1.5-2 times of the smooth-tube heat exchanger,and the diathermancy is also improved by 25%-120%.The heat transfer area of the corrugated tube heat exchanger optimized by PSO is increased by 61.85%compared with the heat exchanger without optimization under the condition of the required heat transfer performance.
