摘要
目的观察临床应用喜炎平与阿维A胶囊联合治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效及其对趋化因子活化调节蛋白(RANTES)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的影响。方法采用前瞻性研究方法将2015年5月至2017年3月收治146例斑块型银屑病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各73例。对照组给予阿维A胶囊,观察组应用喜炎平与阿维A胶囊联合治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、RANTES及MCP-1水平和不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(82.2%)明显高于对照组(69.9%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者RANTES、MCP-1水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),观察组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者用药后不良反应发生率(34.2%)明显低于对照组(50.0%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论临床应用喜炎平与阿维A胶囊联合治疗斑块型银屑病可明显提高治疗效果,改善趋化因子RANTES及MCP-1水平,降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe treatment efficacy of Xi Yan Ping combined with avi A capsule on plaque type psoriasis and its influence on chemokine RANTES and MCP-1. Methods From May 2015 to March 2017,146 patients with plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 73 cases in each group. The control group was given avi A capsule,the observation group was given Xi Yan Ping injection combined with avi A capsule. The clinical efficacy,the levels of RANTES and MCP-1 and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group( 82. 2%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 69. 9%) with significant difference( P〈0. 05). After treatment,RANTES and MCP-1 levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment( P〈0. 05). The observation group decreased significantly than that in control group( P〈0. 05). The drug adverse reaction rate( 34. 2%) in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( 50%),there was significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Clinical application of Xi Yan Ping injection combined with avi A capsules in the treatment of plaque psoriasis can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the chemokine RANTES and MCP-1 level,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
