摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷联合艾灸预防老年腹股沟疝术后腹胀便秘中的效果观察。方法 60例行手术治疗的老年腹股沟疝患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加神阙穴中药贴敷联合艾灸治疗。观察2组术后腹胀便秘相关指标,评价患者护理满意度。结果观察组患者排气、排便时间早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后发生腹胀2例(6.67%),对照组为8例(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用穴位贴敷联合艾灸治疗能有效促进老年疝术后患者胃肠蠕动,减少腹胀便秘发生风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with moxibustion in prevention of postoperative abdominal distention and constipation in elderly patients undergoing inguinal hernia surgery. Methods Totally 60 elderly patients undergoing inguinal hernia surgery were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine care after operation,and the aupoint application combined with moxibustion was carried out in the observation group. The indicators of abdominal distention and constipation were observed,and the satisfactory degree of patients was evaluated. Results Patients in the observation group had earlier time of postoperative anal exhaust and defecation compared with that of patients in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of postoperative abdominal distention was higher in the observation group than that of controls（6. 67% vs. 26. 67%,P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupoint application combined with moxibustion is potentially effective to improve the gastrointestinal peristalsis of patients after inguinal hernia surgery,so as to reduce the risk of postoperative abdominal distention and constipation.
