摘要
为了解决非隔离型光伏逆变器的漏电流问题,提出一种适用于三相三电平四桥臂逆变器的漏电流抑制方案。建立了三相三电平四桥臂逆变器系统的共模模型,分析了不同开关状态下共模电压的幅值及系统漏电流影响因素,进而提出一种基于双载波调制的新型载波调制策略。该调制可以实现共模电压恒定,从而有效抑制漏电流。最后,搭建了TMS320F28335DSP+XC3S400FPGA数字控制硬件实验平台,对提出的新型载波调制进行了实验研究,实验结果验证了所提方案的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of leakage current in the transformerlesss photovoltaic(PV) system, the leakage current reduction modulation technique for three-level four-leg inverter was proposed in this paper. The common mode loop model of the transformerless three-level four-leg inverter was presented firstly. Then the common mode voltage(CMV) with different switching states and the effect of factors on the leakage current were analyzed. A new modulation strategy based on double-carrier modulation was proposed. This new method can achieve constant CMV, thus leakage current can be eliminated. Finally, the proposed modulation was carried out on the TMS320 F28335 DSP+XC3400 FPGA digital control hardware platform. The results are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy.
