摘要
目的通过品管圈活动,提高医院药品不良反应的上报率。方法调查医务人员漏报药品不良反应的主要因素,根据查找出的主要问题拟定对策,并对实施结果进行确认和评价。结果针对药品不良反应上报率低的原因,通过加强宣传培训、简化上报流程、医院强制要求等措施,使得药品不良反应上报例数明显增加。结论通过开展品管圈活动可以提高医院药品不良反应的上报率。
Objective To improve the reporting rate of adverse drug reactions（ ADR） in hospitals by quality control circle（ QCC） activities. Methods The main factors and the reasons for missed reports of ADR by medical staff were analyzed. The countermeasures were proposed according to the main problems, and the results of implementation was identified and evaluated. Results In view of the reasons for the low reporting rate of ADR, the following measures should be taken： strengthening propaganda and training, simplifying reporting process,hospital mandatory requirement,etc. The reporting number of ADR increased significantly. Conclusion QCC activities can improve the reporting rate of ADR in hospitals.
