摘要
阐述了当前地方高校化工类专业的产学研用合作教育的现状,认为在地方高校化工类课程教学过程中存在重理论知识、轻创新能力培养,教学和科研缺乏紧密联系,人才培养模式单一,不以市场需求为导向,师资队伍素质不高等问题。提出产学研用合作教育是提高化工类课程教学效果的有效手段,建议通过开发科研项目载体,建立多样性的实践教学基地,实行"3+1"人才培养方案,创建职业技能鉴定中心,搭建学生创业平台等措施,以培养出高素质的化工类人才。
The present research situation of cooperative education of production in Chemical Engineering of the local undergraduate colleges was explained. Many problems were presented in the course teaching of Chemical Engineering,such as focusing on theoretical knowledge,ignoring innovative abilities,lack of close connection between teaching and research,talent training mode was single,not market-oriented,the quality of teachers was not high and other issues. The cooperative education of production was put forward,study and research was an effective way to improve the teaching effect of Chemical Engineering courses. Through the development of scientific research project carrier,a variety of practical teaching base,the implementation of "3 + 1"personnel training program,the creation of vocational skills appraisal center,building student entrepreneurship platform and other measures to cultivate high-quality chemical engineering talents were established.
