摘要
收集整理《黄帝内经》各篇中与骨相关的论述,分析其理论价值、应用范畴与意义。《黄帝内经》论骨的相关内容涉及解剖、生理、病理等方面,骨的变化可揭示男女的年龄变化;骨骼作为人体基本的构架,是体表定位、经脉取穴、针刺深浅的解剖向导。肾精充裕直接影响骨的生理功能;气血是维持骨骼关节正常活动的物质基础;经络连缀四肢百骸,沟通人体内外,与骨息息相关。《黄帝内经》对于骨的独特认识,对后世针灸、骨伤学派的形成有着深远的影响,为当前临床上各种骨病的诊疗提供了思路。
The items on bone in Huangdi＇s Internal Classic were collected and analyzed,and the theoretical value,application range and significance were studied. The contents on the bones in Huangdi＇s Internal Classic involve the anatomy,physiology and pathology. Bone changes can reveal the age changes of the male and female. As the basic framework of human body,bone is the anatomical guide of body surface positioning,acupoint selection and acupuncture depth. The amounts of kidney essence directly affects the physiological function of bone,and qi and blood are the material basis for maintaining normal activities of bone joints.Meridians could connect limbs and skeleton,and provide a path for the communication between the inside and outside of human body,which is closely related to bones. The unique understanding of bone in Huangdi＇s Internal Classic has a profound influence on the formation of acupuncture and bone fracture schools in later generations,and it provides thinking for the current clinical diagnosis and treatment of various bone diseases.
