摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了茶皂素及茶多酚对八角炭疽病菌及桉树梢枯病菌的联合毒力。结果表明,茶皂素和茶多酚对2种植物病原菌均具有一定的抑制作用,其中茶皂素的抑制作用均比茶多酚强。对八角炭疽病菌的室内毒力测定结果表明,EC_(50)值分别为3.72mg/mL及28.35mg/mL;对桉树梢枯病菌的室内毒力测定结果显示,EC_(50)值分别为10.02mg/mL和104.35mg/mL。茶皂素与茶多酚按照1︰1、1︰4、2︰3的比例混配后抑制八角炭疽病菌的CTC值分别为471、318、246,表现为增效作用,其中以1︰1混配后增效作用最显著;两者按照1︰1、2︰3、4︰1的比例混配后抑制桉树梢枯病菌的CTC值分别为406、141、234,也表现为增效作用,其中以1︰1混配后增效作用最显著。
Co-toxicities of tea saponin and tea polyphenol on Colletotrichum horii and Lasiodiplodia theobromae were determined by the method of mycelial growth rates.The results showed that tea saponin and tea polyphenol had inhibition effect on 2 kinds of plant pathogenic fungus,and tea saponin had higher inhibition effect than tea polyphenol,with EC 50 of 3.72mg/mL and 28.35mg/mL on Colletotrichum horii ,with EC 50 of 10.02mg/mL and 104.35mg/mL on Lasiodiplodia theobromae .The co-toxicity(CTC)on Colletotrichum horii between tea saponin and tea polyphenol were 471,318 and 246 when their mixing ratios were 1︰1,1︰4 and 2︰3 respectively,and it showed synergistic effect.The synergistic effect was significant with 1︰1.The co-toxicity(CTC)on Lasiodiplodia theobromae between tea saponin and tea polyphenol were 406,141 and 234 when their mixing ratios were 1︰1,2︰3 and 4︰1 respectively,and it showed synergistic effect.The synergistic effect was significant with 1︰1.
