摘要
脑血管疾病现已成为我国老年人第1位致死性疾病。其中缺血性脑血管疾病占全部脑血管疾病的70％，而颈动脉粥样硬化是缺血性脑血管疾病重要的病因。因此，能够有效地干预颈动脉粥样硬化对老年人缺血性脑血管疾病的防治有重要的作用。目前，临床上颈动脉粥样硬化治疗的主要方法为降脂药物干预，其中阿托伐他汀钙是目前临床工作中应用最广泛的一种。为更好地了解阿托伐他汀钙在干预老年人颈动脉粥样硬化中的疗效，现对其研究进展做一综述。
Cerebrovascular disease has become the first fatal disease of the elderly in our country. Ischemic cerebrovascular diseases account for 70% of all cerebrovascular diseases, and carotid athcrosclerosis is an important cause of ischcmic cerebrovascular diseases. Therefore, the effective intervention of carotid atherosclerosis plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of is- chemic eerebrovaseular diseases in the elderly. At present, lipid lowering drug intervention is the primary treatment of carotid athero- sclerosis, among which atorvastatin calcium is one of the most widely used in clinical practice. This paper reviews the research pro- gress on the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin calcium in the intervention of carotid atherosclerosis in the elderly.
