摘要
有机磷酸酯是一种磷酸合成衍生物,广泛应用于各种阻燃剂和增塑剂等产品。随着溴系阻燃剂的逐步禁用,为了满足各种材料的耐火要求,有机磷阻燃剂的使用频率和用量大幅增加。通常情况下,有机磷酸酯通过物理方法添加到产品中,由于其没有化学键的作用,极易释放到环境中而受到广泛关注。近年来随着研究的不断深入,有机磷酸酯被证实对生物具有多种毒性效应,主要表现为神经毒性、生殖毒性、内分泌干扰效应及潜在的致癌性。该文综述了国内外有机磷酸酯的环境污染状况和人体暴露情况及其神经毒性作用。
Organic phosphate is one kind of phosphoric acid synthetic derivative and it is widely used in various kinds of flame retardant and plasticizer. With banned use of brominated flame retardants, the use frequency and consumption of organophosphate flame retardant increase greatly in order to meet the refractory requirements of various materials. In general,organic phosphate is added to product through physical methods. Because it does not have the chemical bond, the organic phosphate is easy to release into the environment. In recent years, with the deepening of research, organic phosphate has been confirmed to have a variety of toxic effects, mainly in neurotoxicity, reproductive toxicity, endocrine disrupting effects, as well as the potential carcinogenicity. This paper reviewed the environmental distribution of organophosphate esters in China and abroad and exposure status in humans, as well as its neurotoxic effects.
