摘要
采用成形极限理论及塑性失稳理论 ,将单层管胀形成形极限理论推广到复合管 ,对复合管胀形成形极限进行了分析。提出了复合管胀形过程中发生分散性失稳及集中性失稳时极限应变的计算理论。计算并讨论了复合管组成材料的机械性能及厚比对胀形成形性的影响。
In this paper, with the help of theory of forming limit and plasticity failure, the forming limit of a thin claded tube in bulge forming is analyzed. A calculation theory of diffuse neck-down and local neck-down limit strain curves during bulge forming is put forward. The affects of material mechanical properties and thickness on forming ability are calculated and discussed.
