摘要
作为一线教师,对法学教学方式十分重视。中国法学家为了将中国法学教育和法律职业联系起来,中国法学教学方式一直在探寻适合的教学方式,像追问式的教学方式、讨论课堂、翻转课堂、诊所式教学等方式,在改革过程中新的教学方式在刚开始的时候的确吸引了学生,引燃了部分学生的学习主动性和积极性,但是针对中国的学生,片面强调完全运用新的教学方式,忽略传统讲授教学法,会让学生只了解到碎片化的知识,缺乏对知识的体系性认识,对整个学科失去整体性和宏观性的把握。
As the front line teachers, the law teaching methods are attached great importance. In order to connect Chinese legal education with legal profession, Chinese jurists has been exploring the proper teaching methods,such as the inquiry teaching method, classroom discussion method,flipped class model, clinic teaching method and so on, during the reform process, those new teaching methods indeed attracted the stu-dents" attention and ignited the students" learning initiative and enthusiasm, however, for Chinese students, the one-side emphasis on using the new teaching way, and completely ignoring traditional teaching methods only let students learn fragmented knowledge, lack of systematic understanding of knowledge, and lose the in-tegrity and macroscopic assurance for the whole subject.
