摘要
新乡先进群体精神是新乡先进典型在不同的历史时期形成的革命精神、建设精神、改革精神的概括,将其融入本地高校的党建工作可以优化党建工作模式、创新工作手段、体现工作特色。新时代需要新的国家信息化战略,教育现代化也对教育信息化提出了更高的要求,在信息技术背景下研究以新乡先进群体精神为代表的红色精神在学校党建工作中的运用,分别从人才配备、资金投入、平台构建、特色体现等几方面开展,将红色精神教育与当代大学生的成长特点相结合,与大学生关注的热点、难点相结合,与学校党建工作相融合,创新党建工作的新模式。
The advanced group spirit of Xinxiang is a generalization of the revolutionary spirit,the construction spirit and the reform spirit formed by the advanced models of Xinxiang in different historical periods. Integrating it into Party building in local colleges and universities can optimize the work mode of Party building,innovate the means of work and reflect the characteristics of work.There is a necessity for a new national information strategy in the new times,higher demands has been put forward for education information with respect to education modernization.This article studies the application of the red spirit in schools that represent by the spirit of the community in Xinxiang in the background of the information technology.It should be operated from the following aspects——the personnel allocation,the capital investment,the platform building and the distinct characteristics.
