基于数值模拟的炸药JWL方程参数可靠性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高岩体爆破裂隙区半径数值模拟的准确性,利用显式动力学软件建立了考虑应变率效应的岩体计算模型,分别模拟十三种炸药的岩体爆破过程,并对裂隙区半径进行统计分析。研究结果表明,计算模型所得裂隙区半径与装药半径的比值为46.8,与前人研究结果一致,说明的计算模拟可靠;三级水胶炸药、抗冻水胶炸药等四种炸药参数可靠性低,不宜采用;TNT、乳化炸药、2号岩石乳化炸药等九种炸药参数较为可靠,在研究中可参考其炸药参数。 b In order to improve the accuracy of the numerical simulation of the crack area radius of rock massblasting, the rock mass calculation model considering the strain rate effect was established by using explicit dy.namics software. The rock blasting process of thirteen kinds of explosives is simulated, and the radius of thecrack area is analyzed. The results show that the ratio of the radius of the crack area to the charge radius ob.tained by the calculation model is 46. 8, which is consistent with the results of previous studies and shows thatthe calculation simulation is reliable; The parameters of the four explosives, such as three grade water gel ex.plosives and anti freeze water glue explosives, are unreliable and not suitable for use. However, the parame.ters of the nine explosives, such as TNT, emulsion explosives and No. 2 rock emulsion explosives arereliable, and their parameters can be referenced in the study.
