摘要
以某纯电动车型为研究对象,综合考虑车辆的电机系统、电池系统冷却循环,在AMESim中建立了该车型的热管理模型。试验测试了该车型的冷却性能,并利用建立的热管理模型计算分析了其冷却性能,计算值和试验值基本一致,证明了模型的正确性。给出了基于AMESim的热管理模型,计算得到的车辆在环境温度25℃、高速爬坡条件下的冷却结果,并和试验值进行对比分析。
Taking a pure electric vehicle as a studying example for analyzing its thermal management performances. Firstly,the thermal management model was established in AMESim considering the motor cooling cycle and the battery cooling cycle. Secondly,the cooling performance of the model was simulated by the established thermal management model,and the actual cooling performance of the model was tested by experiment.Comparisons between the simulations and experiments validate the model. Finally,the cooling results of the vehicle,under the condition of ambient temperature 25 ℃ and low climbing speed,are simulated with the proposed model and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results.
