摘要
目的:观察针刺与纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复上颌前牙的成功率及对牙周健康状况和修复效果的影响。方法:将上颌前牙缺损患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组患者各45例。对照组患者采用纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复,治疗组患者加用针刺联合修复,对比1年后两组修复成功率,并对治疗前后牙周健康状况(菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周探诊深度)和修复效果进行评估。结果:治疗组修复成功率86.7%显著高于对照组的62.2%(P<0.05);两组患者菌斑指数评分、牙龈指数评分、牙周探诊深度与治疗前相比均有所下降,且治疗组下降较对照组更为明显(P<0.05),治疗组一级修复效果患者比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合纤维桩联合全瓷冠修复上颌前牙的成功率高,明显改善牙周健康状况,修复效果好,值得临床应用。
Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with fiber post and all ceramic crowns on maxillary anterior teeth,and their effects on periodontal health and rehabilitation.Methods：90 patients with maxillary anterior teeth defect were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with fiber pile combined with all ceramic crown,and the patients in the treatment group were combined with acupuncture combined with repair.The rate of repair success in the two groups after 1 years was compared,and the periodontal health status before and after treatment（plaque index,gingival index,periodontal detection depth）and restorative effect were evaluated.Results：The success rate of repair in the treatment group was 86.7% significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The plaque index score,gingival index score and the depth of periodontal detection were decreased in two groups,and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group（P〈 0.05）.The proportion of patients with primary restorative effect in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with fiber posts and all ceramic crowns for maxillary anterior teeth is highly successful,and it can significantly improve periodontal health and restorative effect,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
