摘要
教育考试执法制度是指教育考试机构依法处理教育考试违法行为的法律制度,主要体现在对违法违规考生的处罚。经过30年的发展,我国教育考试执法制度日趋完善,但也存在制度内部不协调、执法程序不完善等问题。为深入推进依法治考,应进一步完善教育考试行政处罚制度、完善执法程序和统一教育考试执法主体。
The law enforcement system of education examination refers to the legal system of education examination institutions handling illegal behaviors in education examinations according to law,which is mainly reflected in the punishment of illegal candidates. After 30 years of development,China＇s education examination law enforcement system is becoming more and more perfect,but there are also problems such as incoordination in the system and defects in law enforcement procedures. In order to promote the examination of the law in accordance with the law,we should further improve the administrative punishment system of the education examination,perfect the law enforcement procedure and unify the subject of the law enforcement of the unified education examination.
