基于PHA法在斜拉桥索塔施工中安全风险分析与预防的研究

摘要 斜拉桥索塔由于建筑高度高而存在巨大安全风险。按照我国"安全第一、预防为主、综合治理"的安全生产方针的要求,在索塔施工中如何做到以人为本、生命至上、预控分析,综合防范,是目前亟待解决的难题。基于此点出发,本研究讨论PHA法在斜拉桥索塔施工中安全风险分析与预防的方法可行性、结果可靠性,通过识别索塔施工安全系统存在的各类危险或潜在危险,对触发的条件及危险可能造成的后果进行预先宏观分析,辨识危险等级,提出相应的预防控制措施,从而杜绝事故发生。 Towers of cable-stayed bridges pose a great safety risk due to the high building height. In accordance with the requirements of safety production policy of " safety first,prevention and comprehensive management " in our country,how to make people first,life first,pre control analysis and comprehensive prevention in the construction of tower is a difficult problem to be solved urgently.Based on it,the feasibility and reliability of the method of safety risk analysis and prevention in cable-stayed bridge tower construction by PHA method were discussed.By identifying all kinds of dangerous or potential dangers existing in the safety system of the cable tower construction,a pre macro analysis of the triggering conditions and the possible consequences of the risk was made,the danger level was identified and corresponding prevention and control measures were put forward,so that accidents would be eliminated.
