摘要
目的探究与分析现代化新型管理联合计算机管理在医院档案管理中的效果。方法针对我院2015年3月—2017年3月的医院档案管理情况进行分析,按照调查时间顺序分为对照组与观察组,对比两段不同时间下的档案管理效果及临床工作人员对档案管理的满意度。结果观察组医院总体效益评分及医院管理评分与对照组相比均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床工作人员对档案管理的满意度与对照组相比较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将现代化新型管理联合计算机管理应用于医院档案管理中不仅提高了医院档案管理的效果,同时也提高了临床工作人员对档案管理的满意度。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of the modernized new management joint computer management in hospital file management. Methods The hospital＇s file management situation from March 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital was analyzed, divided into control group and observation group according to the survey time sequence. The effect of file management on two different periods and the satisfaction degree of clinical staff on file management were compared. Results The hospital＇s overall benefit score and hospital management score were higher in the observation group than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the clinical staff＇s satisfaction with the file management was higher in the observation group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of modern new-type management combined with computer management in hospital file management not only improves the effect of hospital file management, but also improves the satisfaction of clinical staff in file management.
