奥美拉唑、阿莫西林联合奥硝唑治疗牙周病的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的对牙周病患者联合应用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林与奥硝唑进行治疗的临床效果展开观察。方法随机将90例来我院接受治疗的牙周病患者分为两组,接受奥硝唑治疗的为对照组,联合应用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林与奥硝唑的为观察组。统计并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的80.0%;菌斑指数及牙龈指数改善情况同样明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论通过联合应用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、奥硝唑这三种药物对牙周病患者进行治疗,可有效缓解其临床症状。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined use of omeprazole, amoxicillin and ornidazole in patients with periodontitis. Methods 90 patients with periodontal disease who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: ornidazole group, omeprazole, amoxicillin and ornidazole group. The curative effect of the two groups of patients was compared and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%), and the improvement of plaque index and gingival index was also significantly better than that of the control group, P〈 0.05, which had statistical significance. Conclusion The combination of omeprazole, amoxicillin and ornidazole in the treatment of periodontal disease with three drugs can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms, and the curative effect is more notable than that of single medication.
