摘要
目的研究中药炮制对中药饮片的化学成分和疗效的影响。方法 132例服用同一类中药饮片患者,根据中药饮片炮制前筛选方式不同分为水处理前分档组(A组)、炮制前分档组(B组)、水处理及炮制前分档组(C组),每组44例。比较三组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 C组患者治疗总有效率为95.5%,高于A组的68.2%、B组的72.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在炮制中药饮片前,水处理前分档和炮制前分档需要严格进行,将药物的毒性有效降低,充分发挥饮片中有效成分,对疾病的治疗产生最大化效果,从而使得患者早日康复。
Objective To research the influence of chemical composition and efficacy of Chinese medicinal herbs preparation on Chinese herbal pieces. Methods 132 patients who were taken the same kind of Chinese herbal pieces were divided into pretreatment water division group(group A), pre-processing division group(group B), water treatment and pre-processing division group(group C) according to the different methods of Chinese medicinal herbs preparation before processing, 44 cases in each group. The clinical therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group C was 95.5%, which was significantly higher than 68.2% of group A and 72.7% of group B, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the group A and group B(P〉0.05). Conclusion Before processing the Chinese herbal pieces, pretreatment water division and pre-processing division should be carried out strictly, can reduce the toxicity of drugs effectively, give full play to the effective ingredients in the decoction pieces, and maximize the effect on the treatment of diseases, so that patients can recover as soon as possible.
