摘要
目的探讨针对性护理联合舒适护理对小儿呼吸道感染雾化吸入治疗效果的影响。方法选取我院107例行雾化吸入治疗的呼吸道感染患儿,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(53例)及研究组(54例)。对照组给予传统临床护理,研究组给予针对性护理联合舒适护理。比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果研究组患儿护理总有效率与护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、住院时间及家属SAI评分均显著优于对照组,舒适度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理联合舒适护理可有效改善患儿临床症状,提高患儿舒适度,改善家属焦虑状态,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of targeted nursing combined with comfortable nursing on atomizationinhalation therapy in children with respiratory infections. Methods A total of 107 children with respiratory infections wereselected and divided into control group （53 cases） and study group （54 cases） according to the random number tablemethod. The control group was treated with traditional clinical nursing, the study group was treated with targeted nursingcombined with comfortable nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency andnursing statisfaction rate in the study group were obviously higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Thedisappearance time of cough and lung rale, hospitalization time and family members＇ SAI scores in the study group weresignificantly better than those in the control group, and the comfort score was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing combined with comfortable nursing can effectively improve children＇s clinicalsymptoms, increase children＇s comfort, improve the anxiety status of their families, it is worthy of application and promotion.
