摘要
文中设计了一种石墨电极内部缺损检测装置采集系统。该系统通过控制多个气锤敲击电极表面,并利用布置在电极表面的声音传感器阵列对电极内部的传导声波进行采集。再经过采集电路将数据发送到上位机,由上位机对检测结果进行分析,判断电极内部的缺损状况。对有损电极与无损电极分别进行测试,结果表明该系统能够实现石墨电极的内部缺损有效检测。
A kind of graphite electrode internal defect detection device acquisition system was designed.The system was used to control the air hammers to knock the surface of the graphite electrode,and the sound sensor array was placed on the surface of the electrode to collect the sound signal inside it.Then the data was sent to the host computer by the acquisition circuit.The host computer analyzed the detection result to judge the internal defect situation of graphite electrodes.The defective and non-defective electrodes were tested separately.The results show that the system can effectively detect the internal defects of the graphite electrode.
