摘要
特色小镇是产业发展的集聚区和平台载体,对经济转型升级、新型城镇化建设具有重要意义。文章深入分析了特色小镇的核心内涵价值,在此基础上探讨了特色小镇产业生态圈构建规划内容与策略,并以江苏省如皋市白蒲镇为例介绍特色小镇产业规划编制方法,希望能为国内其他特色小镇的规划建设提供参考。
Characteristic town is the carrier and platform of industrial development, and it is significant to industrial transition and upgrade in new urbanization. The paper analyzes the core value of characteristic town and discusses industrial ecosphere establishment oriented characteristic town planning content and strategies, and practices the method in the planning of Baipu town, Rugao city, Jiangsu province. It provides a reference for other characteristic towns.
