摘要
"掌上校园"在移动互联网技术支持下面临着极大的机遇和挑战,其建设思路要注意跨平台建设、云教学建设、云管理建设、云服务建设等几个方面。基于"掌上校园",高职院校就可以实现在线治理校园公共事务,为社会治理理论在高校扎根发展提供一条可行之道。
Supported by Mobile Internet technology, ＂Intelligent Campus＂ faces great opportunities and challenges, which require more attention to such constructions as cross platform, cloud teaching, cloud management and cloud service etc. With the support of ＂Intelligent Campus＂, higher vocational college can implement its public affairs management online, providing a feasible solution to the development of social governance theory rooted in college.
