弯管中油水固三相转相对冲刷腐蚀影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究三相流流经弯管产生转相时对管道的腐蚀问题,以辽河油田原油为例,在温度分别为40,50和55℃的实验条件下,测量不同温度下原油的粘度特性;分析了在不同温度和含水率情况下对高粘转相的影响;采用聚焦光束反射测量仪测量转相点附近固体颗粒沉降规律;采用RNGk-ε湍流模型和DPM模型相结合的方法,根据实验结果对其管道中的不同含水率以及不同混合速度变化对弯管的冲蚀影响进行了CFD模拟研究,得出在不同的入口速度和含水率变化条件下转相对于冲蚀速率的影响。研究结果表明:高粘原油的转相点与温度有关,温度越高,乳状液发生转相时的含水率越高;固体颗粒在油水固三相流沉降在转相点附近明显减少,变化规律与粘度成反向关系;当发生转相时,乳状液的粘度剧增导致管道中油品中包裹的颗粒数目增多,管道冲蚀速率明显减小。 In order to study the corrosion problem of pipeline caused by the phase inversion of three-phase flow passing through the elbow,taking the crude oil from Liaohe oilfield as example,the viscosity characteristic of crude oil under different temperatures were measured with the experimental conditions of 40℃,50℃,and 55℃. The influence of different temperatures and moisture contents on the high-viscosity phase inversion was analyzed,and the sedimentation laws of solid particles near the phase inversion point were measured by using the focused beam reflectance measurement instrument. The CFD simulation study was carried out on the erosion influence of different moisture contents and mixing speed changes in the pipeline on the elbow by using the combined method of RNG turbulence model and DPM model according to the experimental results,and the influence of phase inversion on the erosion rate under different inlet speeds and moisture content changes was obtained. The results showed that the phase inversion point of high-viscosity crude oil was related to the temperature,and the higher the temperature,the higher the moisture content when the phase inversion of emulsion occurred. The sedimentation of solid particles in the oil-water-solid three-phase flow significantly reduced near the phase inversion point,and the change law was inversely related to the viscosity. When the phase inversion occurred,the viscosity of emulsion increased dramatically,which caused the number of particles wrapped in the oil in the pipeline increased,and the erosion rate of the pipeline significantly reduced.
