摘要
髂静脉压迫促进髂静脉内膜增生、纤维化,导致髂静脉狭窄、闭塞,是引起下肢静脉功能不全和深静脉血栓形成的重要因素,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,髂静脉压迫综合征的诊断和治疗正逐渐成为研究热点。全文对髂静脉压迫综合征的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断方法和治疗措施等展开论述。
The iliac vein compression causes intimal hyperplasia and fibrosis, leading to stenosis or occlusion and subsequent clinical symptoms which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Recently, iliac vein compression syndrome has been the research focus and under intensive discussion. In this review, we summarize the epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation as well as diagnosis and treatment progress of iliac vein compression syndrome.
