摘要
针对当前我国金属矿源极度紧缺的现象,以及提高黄金产量的需求,提出了一种基于PCA主成分的高铜矿湿法冶金监测方法。首先对高铜矿湿法冶金的工艺进行简单的阐述;其次,在分析PCA主成分分析的基础上,构建PCA高铜矿湿法冶金全过程监测与诊断模型,最后利用SQL Server 2008作为数据库和数据来源,构建150组试验测试数据对故障进行分析和判断,验证所构建方法的可行性。通过上述的构建方法,提高了黄金产量,加强了资源的利用。
In view of the current shortage of metal resources in China,we know that the demand for increasing gold production,a monitoring method based on PCA principal component for high copper hydrometallurgy is proposed.In this regard,the first process of high copper hydrometallurgy is simply discussed.Secondly,based on the analysis of PCA principal component,we have made a analysis of the construction of the whole process of monitoring and diagnosis of PCA high copper hydrometallurgy model.Finally,we have found the using of SQL Server 2008 as the database and data source in structure analysis and judgment of the fault of the construction of 150 groups of test the data.Through the principal component analysis of ninth variables is faulty,we get to know a dip tank 1 to be dissolved in oxygen meter drift fault,with the actual situation.It is verified in the feasibility of the method constructed through the above construction.We think the production of gold has been improved and the utilization of resources has been strengthened.
