摘要
目的为加强本院药学服务转型,拓宽大众获取药学服务的渠道,更大程度地发挥药师作用,促进安全合理用药。方法申请开通并逐步完善本院药学微信公众号。结果苏州大学附属第一医院药学部于2014年4月申请开通药学部微信服务号。经过不断完善,现已构建三大模块:主动推送模块、信息查询模块、互动服务模块。囊括了药学科普信息推送、药品信息查询、治疗药物监测(TDM)数据查询、用药咨询、满意度调查、便民服务等功能。关注人数已超过7000人,推送信息年浏览量超过10万次。用药咨询1200余次,浏览量超过26 000余次。结论在新医改背景下,应当充分利用"新媒体"便捷、快速的优势,实现医院药师药学服务的转型,进一步提高药学服务水平、满足大众对药学服务日益增长的需求。
Objective To promote the transformation of pharmacy service in our hospital, broaden the channels for public access to pharmaceutical services, and play a greater role of pharmacists, and safe and rational administration of drugs. Methods WeChat public account of the hospital pharmacy service was applied. Results The pharmacy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University successfully obtained the pharmaceutical WeChat public account in April 2014. After continuous improvement, 3 modules were established, including the active push service, information inquiry and interactive service. It covered the functions of pharmaceutical science popularization, drug information query, TDM data inquiry, medication consultation, satisfaction survey, convenient service and so on. More than 7000 people followed the public account with more than 100 000 views per year, medication consultations more than 1200 times and more than 26 000 visits. Conclusion Under the background of new medical reform, we should make full use of the convenient and fast new media, realize the transformation of pharmaceutical service of the hospital, further improve the pharmaceutical care, and meet the growing demand of public demand for pharmaceutical services.
