摘要
本文介绍了车牌识别技术的基本方法,四个主要环节包括图像预处理、车牌定位、字符分割和字符识别。并在此基础上讨论了当前车牌识别面临的一些问题以及未来的发展趋势。
The basic method of license plate recognition technology is introduced in this paper. The four main links are image preprocessing,license plate location,character segmentation and character recognition. Finally,some problems and future trends of vehicle license plate recognition are discussed.
