摘要
当前拔尖创新人才培养存在着制度与氛围自由性的缺失、课程设置不当以及考核评价体系陈旧等诸多问题.本文利用Delphi法构建了"拔尖创新人才培养能力诊断指标体系",并以中部某大学为例对指标体系进行了实证验证.结果显示,当前高校拔尖创新人才培养的环境动力表现不错,实践教学流于形式以及平台开放交流度不够.据此,本研究提出了立足学校实际,开展灵活诊断;搜集多方信息,注重学校的自我诊断;发挥诊断体系的第三方诊断功效,将诊断变成一种常态化的工作等应用策略.旨在诊断高等院校培养拔尖创新人才的能力水平及其投入转换为教育产出的能力和效果,期冀为高等院校深化教学改革、促进自主发展、加强内涵建设、提高教学质量提供前提性实践支撑.
At present,there are many problems in training top-notch creative talents,such as the lack of freedom of system and atmosphere,improper curriculum and lack of assessment system.Accordingly,Delphi method has been used in this paper to construct the diagnosis index system of training innovative talents,and in the middle of a university as an example.The results show that the current training of topnotch innovative talents in Colleges has a good performance,the practice teaching is flow in form,and the open communication degree of the platform is not enough.Accordingly,with this research,the application strategy has been put forward based on the reality of schools,developing flexible diagnosis,collecting multi-party information,focusing on school self diagnosis,giving full play to the third party diagnostic effectiveness of diagnosis system,and turning diagnosis into a normalization job.The purpose is to diagnose the ability and effect of top notch innovative talents in colleges and universities,and put them into educational output,hoping to deepen the teaching reform of colleges and universities,to promote independent development,strengthen the connotation construction and to improve the quality of teaching provides premise of practical support.
